As I ventured to the wood,
I stopped to draw on dewy air; let
Droplets shimmer in my hair, that
Rested on my tranquil head – as
In a sense of cosy bed.

As I ventured to the wood,
A gesturing cuckoo perched above,
And then in song with cooing dove,
‘You're welcome’, bade he, ’Enter please
To roam our land with gentle breeze.’

As I ventured to the wood,
A fallow deer of limpid eye
Gave care to glance at lucky I.
The heavenly aura 'bout her glow had
Charmed me, like a fine Bordeaux.

As I ventured to the wood,
A dazzling flower waved her face
In blazing show of dance and chase, and
Reddened bright in shade of dawn, she
Flirted like a prancing fawn.

As I ventured to the wood,
A butterfly had graced my arm,
And knowing I bid him no harm, he
Splayed for me hypnotic wing in
Colours for to urge me sing!

As I ventured to the wood,
The radiant sun shone down on me.
He flushed and beamed ‘I say to thee,
You bless your land; be filled with pride, and
Cherish e’er yon countryside! ’

Just wanted to share this video with you guys...She sang her heart out in this one. I think most people has had that one person from their past that makes them think. I know I do but in the end, sometimes its best to just let it go. You have to forgive yourself and/or forgive them to let your mind find peace. Realize maybe your never understand why things are the way they are but you have to stop looking back & keep moving because time waits for no one. Your either going to keep living or die. It doesnt matter how much you love them, if they dont love you just as much or more, it aint worth it. And ya it hurts like hell, sometimes those old wounds open up and the scars bleed again but you got to pak it back up again. Dont let it pull you down. I would rather be alone with a broken heart with the chance for it to mend then stuck unhappy and hurting. As I grow older I learn everyday but what I learned most important is that; u have to just let God lead and have faith.... when it comes to love there is no easy answer

What a year..So many changes and new things that have happened. Like seeing my very 1st snowflake. I was so exicted until my feet went numb. But still had a great time!! Also, we welcomed the new addition to my family Cynthia James...we are all so excited, she's named after my mom!! Aint she beautiful!!

I was talking today to a upcoming model in Tallahassee...really nice girl about how she was upset that other models were hating on her...My advice: catty females comes with the job. Most of the time you just pay them no interest...

Another model posted this, I thought it was a cute statement, its really sad but true...

This is my model advice:

So its like 5am and Im still up.....cant sleep. It was raining like crazy last night and everyone was calling my phone but who I wanted too...miss my Zz boo. Im sitting just thinking about next year, trying to be focus, relax and put my full faith in God. Sometimes, I have days like that when i just think about my future and worry....I know its not healthy behavior but it seems like if i dont, I found that my day doesnt go so smooth. So, thankful that on the top of my list for today...laundry, walmart and cooking only.

I heard this song on the radio by Mario. Im so crazy about his music. And he's so hot....Im going to go a little too personal here so u might want to stop reading if u not into those long "whats the point" reads ....Well, got me thinking about this crazy situation I got myself into. I went through a really bad break up some years ago and it took me a minute to trust a guy again....I think all woman have experience this in their life and well I give this guy that my gut was like totally I shouldnt have a chance to be with me and turned out he was playing games. Now after two years of being with this guy, I found out he was still messing around with his suppose of EX. Sucks right and to make things worst the woman is totally crazy, she thought that I was the one running after him. Come on, what a laugh!!! At first, I felt kinda bad for the woman considering we both were lied too and I tried to be peaceful but she wanted drama and wants my blood for her own issues with the guy...sure, a waste of air...On that Note: Ill say this once and no more...

"People that know me, know who I am and they see the truth for what it is and not how its been twisted...God has my back...what goes around comes around; Krama..... i dont entertain stupidity. "

There's always two sides too a story, and the older I get the more I see guys like this give all men a bad name... take a lesson plan for "Hugh Hefner"...about his money and his women, A true Player....I think everyone in this situation needs some spiritual healing, I definitely do, So please keep me in your prayers.....There are some good men out there and Im so thanking God and glad I found out the truth before i got caught up with a kid or something permanent. I just came across this environment funny car thats just too cute. Its the new Cadillac Provoq, its a plug-in hydrogen-electric fuel-cell luxury hybrid Concept SUV...wow thats a mouth full. It looks great, maybe be 2010 when I finally rip myself away from my beloved 81 baby, maybe it will be for one of those. BUT, its going to be so hard, Im a old school lady so I love old cars but with gas prices and the way inflation is looking, one of those would be a good investment. I'll be doing a car show sometime in Sept so hopeful it will be there so I can get a up and close look at it.

I use to not understand why people posted stuff or was talking about this hater that and this.... come on, why cant we all just love each other and be happy for those that are successful and support those being true to them self...... But now, I see you get a little older, move a little out of your norm and better yourself, then you too see why haters are alive and multiplying..... Everyone has at one point encounted those people that get an attitude because you can do things that they cant. They want to make you miserable like them and they get mad because their life is shitty. Well, the shit is old and tired.... people like that need to get a life. Stop, saying I cant do that and fucking do it. Or better, stop putting your nose in the air. Not everyone, defines success with material things and please do not think "women haters" that men defines that person either. Stop worrying why so-in-so has that man and find you a fucking one. Just because someone is telling you about something great happening in their life or maybe something that sounds to good to be true. Stop hating thinking that it somehow reflecting that they have it better then you. Note, them being happy is not about you. And for those haterz whos co workers are always late, stop crying to the boss about them and just make sure your work is done. Finally the time has come that one of the greatest fashion magazines of all time, has a issue in honor of Black Models. Yes Italy Vogue one of the mothers of fashion magazines has a Black Issue. I can breath again when I have a copy, this happens like once every hundred years right.....no like never. I am so excited!!!!! 100 plus pages of the great women of color of all time, this is not something you see everyday in the pages of Vogue. Liya Kebede, Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell, Sessilee Lopez and the list goes on. I quite remember that yes, I cried when I saw Jennifer Hudson on the American issue of Vogue. Plus size, a woman and African-American....thats what I am talking about, overcoming all odds.

What a Bad day

Have you had one of those days that you feel like everything in your life is just going so wrong. Today was like that, I was miserable before I got out of bed. I cried almost all night... i give up on sleeping so i got up to watch a movie i just brought called Alfie....wow, it was no help i cried through the whole movie too( its not a good thing to watch if your single), quite depressing.....so anyways got to my other job and my boss was treating me like...."**#x on my *x*##*", not going there, but u get the picture....well anyways i was just about to cry my eyes out in front of the whole office, when this amazing song came on the radio....im flying right now, music is a gift from God, amazing song by Michelle Williams and she looks just like Whitney Houston in this music video..cheered me right up....so if your having a bad day listen to this song maybe it'll help you too

I have always been a sucker for a old fashion romance...so yes, Im still in love with Disney and I cant wait for The Frog Princess to come out in 2009. My favorite Disney movie is Beauty and the beast. So, when I heard that Toni Braxton was going to be Belle on Broadway, I wanted to go so bad. But unfortunately, NY was out of the question at the time. I still to this day wish that I was able to see just one show. So, this clip was so special to me when I saw it. I have always loved Toni Braxton and Im so happy to see her playing this role. It has totally been a inspiration to me.

My day started off pretty bad, I was running late to my job,
(the other one that pays the rent), not too glamour....i was bored and really to go home by noon but who isnt...so like always my co workers laughed at my knee highs being for the 60s but i dont care my feet were warm. Besides, some flu bug is going around so I dont want to use my sick days on a common cold when I could get the flu the next day and be out for the week....Im saving those extra days for my spring vacation too..... I need one bad (Im stressed) but whats new....Im still deciding where to go for vacation but thats another story.....so, anyways, I was surfing the net about to fall out of my so not comfortable office chair then I came across this funny video, I first saw it sometime last year when the whole R Kelly trial was big in the news (which I still havent seen the big nasty movie everyone was talking about) and what a song.....LOL

Setting Goals

Ok, Im through with my hiding point away from the parties and the people driving me crazy, Im jumping back on the wagon by the end of the month. maybe its cause im single again...and no i havent been singing along with Trina cause it was never perfect but anyways, i went to the scale the other night and I couldnt believe i was at 150 (ok maybe 155), im not hugh by a long shot but for modeling....totally not good...its time for me to start back on the exercise and get a grip on this seriously.....so anyways i had a shoot this Feb, which was a ball of fun with Nureign, trying something different with a ring light...cool effect. This is how im looking now but in two month I plan on taking a few pictures in the same dress for fun to see the results after the weight loss. Here's a pic from it...

Happy Valentines Day.....mines was crappy but hope yours was great

I was just standing there, feeling depressed (yes, I said it) that another V-Day I was working long hours and going to go home and pop in a good black and white movie to make me feel better. Then, this song came on my net radio as I was working and It was like her words were speaking to my soul, its so wield that I was always that one out of my close friends that just wanted to have a family and find my soulmate....and I turned out to start modeling, going to college and who knows what God will bring me the next days cause its not like i asked for the world but things just follow me, Im so blessed and grateful to God and I know when the time comes God will place that soulmate in my life, cause I have faith in him....this song says what I couldnt, the way I was feeling in that moment

....maybe next year...ill actually have a happier song to sing

Missed the Grammy Awards

I cant believe I missed the Grammy Awards this year (so I watched it online)....and then I got to work and it seemed like everyone was looking at me crazy for asking if they watched it. I guess I should have known better to ask after they seemed bored by the premiere of fav of love 3....anyone that thinks that show is boring must think the Grammy Awards is 10 times more boringer....( ok so what, i know that word isn't in the dictionary) well fav’s show is off the chain aka "crazy" that’s why i cant watch it but my friends are always updating me on the new episodes......i cant get away from hearing about it and then i saw pictures online of some of the new females, one of them I know from around town, she went to FAMU, thats a University in Florida...what a small world. Anyways, back to the Grammy Awards......I gots to say this about the Grammy Awards

Cant forget your roots

Everyone knows its Black History Month but this is the first year that I havent been able to take part in my hometown activities. Its so sad, i cant forget my roots....im not only Native American but also African-American...All children should know about the important changes that Blacks have done for the American people. Here is a list of some excellent shows that PBS provides in honor of Black History Month...LIST OF PBS BLACK HISTORY PROGRAMS

When I look at programs like these it reminds me how much my family have been through to see me doing something with my life....Heres a clip for the special AFRICAN AMERICAN LIVES 2 aired Feb 6, if u missed it, u can catch it again on the 13th, this special was NOT a bore,wish i could have been one of the people in this show finding out about my ancestors, I really enjoyed watching it....im going to make sure to tape it on the 13th....Heres the clip

What Can I say, I did the boring thing this year....I went to Longhorn, ordered salmon and rice to go and then went home, popped the classic movie MACLOCK.
